CONSTITUTION: A multilayer board 10 has a high frequency signal pattern 11 which is formed on a first layer and mounts circuit components 12 forming a high frequency circuit and a signal pattern 13 of signal lines etc., formed on a second layer, except a part just beneath and marginal part of the pattern 11. The patterns 13 and 15 and insulation layer 14 use a dimension-stable Cu-clad laminate board and its entire grounding pattern 15 is formed on a third layer. On a fourth and following layers, power and signal patterns are formed, for example. The pattern 11 of the board 10 forms high frequency tuned amplifiers. |
