<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a high sensitivity magnetometer. CONSTITUTION: Primary winding P of a current transformer 21 is connected between the excitation coil 4 of a flux gate 1 and the core L1 of a cable 20. Voltage induced in the secondary winding P of the current transformer 21 is rectified through diodes d1 , d2 to produce a voltage being employed as a power supply to an OP amplifier 22 for amplifying the detection signal from a detection coil 5. The amplified detection signal is delivered through the core L4 of the cable 20 to a control section 2.</p> |
