PURPOSE: To provide an air blower which can effectively cool heat generating parts in the enclosure of a personal computer, etc., heat sink device using the air blower, and electronic equipment using the heat sink device. CONSTITUTION: An air blower 1 is constituted of a fan 7 and outer frame 3. The frame 3 is made of material, such as aluminum, etc., having high thermal conductivity. A heat radiating plate 69 is fixed to or integrally formed with the lower surface of the frame 3. The heat generated from a heat generating body 83 is transferred to the frame 3 through the plate 69. Since the air blower 1 is provided with a heat radiating tin 19, the heat transferred to the frame 3 is also transferred to the fin 19.
