PURPOSE: To prevent pollution and also danger by providing running belts on both right and left sides of a vehicle, attaching the wheels to the upper and lower sides of the running belts, amplifying the rotating power of the wheel, and transmitting the power to a generating turbine. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle 2 is bent in parallel with rails 1. Running belts 3 are formed to the right and left sides. Rubber or the like, which is hard to slide, is applied on the running belts 3. Wheels 4 and 5 are strongly held at the upper and lower sides of the running belts 3. The rotating power is amplified with a speed changer 7 and transmitted to a generator 8. Furthermore, a clutch 6 can readily separate the wheels 4 and 5 from the running belts 3. The operating speed, faults and the like of the vehicle 2 are all controlled with a computer. The generating apparatuses attached to both sides of the vehicle 2 are formed for the rails as many as possible along several km, and the large amount of electric power is generated. |
