PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute power supply to various circuits by allowing first and second power supply conductors to surround the first and second blocks of a functioning circuit, and allowing conductors formed in an intermediate conductive level to connect the power supply conductor surrounding the first block with the power supply conductor surrounding the second block. SOLUTION: An intermediate power supply conductor 221 provides the conduction of a V voltage between an upper conductor 209 (a block 201) and an upper conductor 212 (a block 208). An intermediate power supply conductor 222 provides the conduction of the V voltage between a lower conductor (the block 201) and the upper conductor (the block 208). Intermediate power supply conductors 217 and 219 provide the connection of the upper conductors of adjacent blocks 201 and 206, and intermediate power supply conductors 218 and 220 provide the connection of the lower conductors of the adjacent blocks 201 and 206. Thus, each power supply voltage VSS and VDD can be distributed to various circuits. |
