REGIONAL COOLING OR HEATING OPERATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To enable an automatic operation and an energy saving operation of a regional cooling or heating plant for supplying both cooling water and steam to be operated by a method wherein the number of operating freezers can be controlled in compliance with a low load condition or a varied demand heating calorie even in the case when such variation occurs. CONSTITUTION: A control part 8 removes noise and the like such as a rapid variation of demanded heating calorie in the morning or the evening with filters 7a, 7b and 7c from data measured by a heating calorie measuring part 4, a steam amount measuring part 5 and a cooling water amount measuring part 6 and then controls the operating number of a turbo-type freezer 1, an absorption type freezer 3 and a steam boiler in reference to the filtered data.
