SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND WRITING METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a programmable semiconductor device which has a circuit constitution that can apply a writing method suitable to the integration of a high degree and also to attain a writing method that is applied to the semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: The 1st writing electric power is supplied to an anti-fuse via the 1st and 2nd transistors TR 13-1 and 14-1, and a current is supplied to a 1st signal line 11-1 via the TR 13-1 and a 3rd TR 15-1. As a result, the TR 13-1 is set in a low voltage breakdown state. Then the 2nd writing electric power is supplied to an anti-fuse 1-1-1 that is placed at an intersecting point via both TR 13-1 and 14-1 with the TR 13-1 kept as it is in the low voltage breakdown state.
