摘要 PURPOSE: To excellently keep power generating efficiency by constituting a fuel electrode in its slant posture so that a thermal expansion coefficient gradually becomes large toward the opposite side from the solid electrolyte side, and reducing thermal stress between it and solid electrolyte when a temperature is raised by heating. CONSTITUTION: A fuel electrode 2 is formed of mixed power of ceramics, and is manufactured by a thermal spraying method. That is, raw material powder is supplied from a raw material chamber 5 to a thermal spraying gun 4 to generate plasma, and is blown against a surface of solid electrolyte 1 in a condition where its raw material powder is melted, and is gradually accumulated, and forms a thin film of the fuel electrode 2. A YSZ powder supply source 6 and an Ni powder supply source 7 are connected to its raw material chamber 5, and these powder raw materials prepared in a particle diameter of the specific size are supplied a prescribed quantity by a prescribed quantity to the raw material chamber 5, and are agitated and mixed together. When this electrode 2 is formed, it is formed in its slant posture so that a thermal expansion coefficient gradually becomes large toward the opposite side from the solid electrolyte side, and thermal stress to solid electrolyte when a temperature is raised by heating is reduced.
