PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a transmission cable not subject to an influence of environments by providing a cooling system and a heating system, in a high electric power and a high frequency wave transmission cable system provided with a plurality of refrigerant channels. SOLUTION: A transmission cable system 10 has one-phase cooling system provided with a phase changing cooling system 19 and a heat radiation cooling system 20; two-phase cooling system provided with a refrigeration system 30 for cooling a refrigerant 23; and a heating system 40. The one-phase cooling system is provided with a condenser 21 for cooling the refrigerant 23, and a pump 24 for delivering the refrigerant 23 to refrigerant channels 35, 36 of a cable 17 through refrigerant lines 25. The one-phase cooling system is maintained at such a low temperature that an operator can touch it without unpleasant feeling, and the heating system 40 is operated during an initial battery charging in which the temperature of the refrigerant 23 shows a lower temperature than a previously prescribed limit one. Accordingly the temperature of the transmission cable 17 can be controlled with either the system 20 or the system 30. |
