A shuttering box (1), having one or more metal reinforcing elements situated in grooves (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) in the contact surface (4) of a support panel (2), has the contact surface covered by a separating film layer (7) to hold the reinforcing elements in place. The separating film layer is of plastic, e.g. in the form of a thermo-shrink sleeve, and the portion of the sleeve covering the contact surface has a strip of expanded metal (8) over it or, in a variant, a strip of polystyrene. On the opposite side to its contact surface the panel has a recess (5) designed to receive a magnetic strip.
