PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for protecting an ownership in the protectable work of an author recorded in a digital form such as music and video expression. SOLUTION: A ciphered work key is allocated to the work of the author, a player provided with an individually allocated player identification number and a ciphered player key is provided so as to play the work of the author and a ciphered permit provided with the title of the work of the author, the ciphered work key and the player identification number is issued to a user for access to the work of the author. The ciphered permit is deciphered by utilizing the player key, the ciphered work key is decoded by the player by that and then, the work of the author is accessed by utilizing the deciphered work key. |
