<p>PURPOSE: To easily alter and add specifications of a program stored in an internal ROM at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: An external ROM 6 which stores a program different from that in the internal ROM 2 is connected to the peripheral control circuit 4 and system bus 5 of the single-chip microcomputer 1 and when a CPU 3 outputs a vector address, the peripheral control circuit 4 makes a choice of which of the program stored in the internal ROM 2 and the program stored in the external ROM 6 begins to be executed according to the detection result of the ON- OFF state of an SW 7.</p> |
