PURPOSE: To make it possible to fit a decorative plate regardless of whether a gap between a column in a room and an adapter is wide or narrow, improve the appearance of the decorative plate at a mounting time, and further prevent the invasion of dust from up into between the adaptor and the decorative plate. CONSTITUTION: In order to make it possible to fit a decorative plate 10 to an adaptor 9 regardless of whether a gap between a column 19 in a room and the adapter 9 is wide or narrow, the width dimensions of the decorative plate 10 and the adaptor 9 are made to coincide with each other. A hood portion covering at least the upper edge of the adaptor 9 is formed on the decorative plate 10 so that a line as the contact face of the adaptor 9 and the decorative plate 10 is not allowed to appear on a conspicuous upper portion, and so that the invasion of dust from up into between the adaptor 9 and the decorative plate 10 is prevented.
