PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive and high-performance dielectric filter by controlling the capacitance of capacitor elements consisting the dielectric filter with high precision, and considerably reducing the man-hours for capacitance control. CONSTITUTION: On a capacitor element 10 for which plural electrodes 2a-2d are formed on a dielectric substrate 1, a linear groove 3 having a constant width is formed by removing one part of electrodes 2a and 2c on one main face. The groove 3 is provided for controlling inter-electrode capacitors C1, C2 and C3 of the respective electrodes 2a-2d and simultaneously formed by a dicer at the same time while arranging a lot of capacitor elements 10. |
