PURPOSE: To reduce the insulation distance between primary and secondary coils by forming the primary and secondary coils in one piece so that the primary coil is wound at the low-voltage side of the secondary coil. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting synthetic resin is subjected to injection molding and a primary coil 2 and a secondary coil 3 are wound around a bobbin 1 which is subjected to primary and secondary one-piece molding and then wound primary coil 2 and the secondary coil 3 are arranged inside a case 4. Then, the primary coil 2 is wound around a secondary coil low-voltage side 3a and the wound enamel wire is subjected to lamination winding for approximately 100 to 300 times over several layers by several tens of times per layer. The enamel wire where the secondary coil 3 is wound is used for split-wound coil for a total of approximately 5,000 to 20,00 times. Then, a central core 6 is inserted into the bobbin 1 and an armor core 7 is arranged coaxially at the outside and epoxy resin 5 is injected and impregnated and then is heated and cured, thus reducing the insulation distance between the primary coil 2 and the secondary coil 3. |
