PURPOSE: To make implementation of cleaning a distributing plate easy by arranging the distributing plate, which is constructed independently of an illumination box, above an exhaust suction opening in a casing and under the illumination box so that a flow passage of a narrow width is formed between the distributing plate and a casing-surrounding wall. CONSTITUTION: A distributing plate 12 is arranged above a local ventilation suction opening 4 in a casing 3 and contaminated air is made to flow at a high flow rate into an annular narrow flow passage 13 formed between the distributing plate 12 and a casing-surrounding wall. An illumination box 10 is fixed to a second local partition wall 9b and the distributing plate 12 is only in contact with a bottom end of the illumination box 10. When the distributing plate 12 is swung or removed for cleaning an interior of the casing 3 and cleaning the distributing plate 12, the illumination box 10 is not moved. The illumination box 10 does not interfere with the cleaning of the distributing plate 12 so that the distribution plate 12 can be easily cleaned. |
