摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a Turing machine which uses DNA by representing characters on a tape for the Turing machine with double-chain DNA having plural round rings and having an array divided into chunks of a specific length. CONSTITUTION: This Turing machine is equipped with a circulation loop for the double-chain DNA and almost all of DNA arrays are divided into chunks of a predetermined length, i.e., arrays representing the characters on the tape of the Turing machine. This Turing machine is further equipped with a head and preferably has an anchor array arranged at the circle end part farthest from the head. Further, DNA subintervals regarding the head and characters that adjoin directly to the head are preferably provided. Consequently, the automatic computation device for molecule size is obtained which uses single- or double-chain oligonucleotide and includes string processing and the Turing machines put in a container.
