PURPOSE: To provide an angular velocity sensor unit which can prevent a vibration from the outside of a case from being transmitted to a vibration-type angular velocity sensor and improve the airtightness of the inside of the case. CONSTITUTION: A first circuit board 3 which supports a vibration-type angular velocity sensor 2 and a second circuit board 6 which comprises an output signal processing circuit 5 used to process the output signal of the vibration-type angular velocity sensor 2 are connected electrically by a flexible member 7. The first circuit board 3 is supported by a vibrationproof body 4 attached to a case 1. An output terminal 8 from the second circuit board 6 as a rigid body is passed through the case 1, and the output terminal 8 and the case 1 are bonded airtightly by a seal member. |
