PURPOSE: To take out information at a time set beforehand, to print and provide it and to change the information by actuating a terminal equipment at a prescribed time, printing arranged information and changing the contents and amount of the information based on managed data. CONSTITUTION: The data sent from an information gathering part A for gathering the information from the various kinds of information sources are managed in an information management part B and the information arranged by an output data design part for arranging the data managed in the information management part B to be an output form is printed in a printing part D and displayed in a display part E. An actuation part F actuates the terminal equipment when a prescribed time set by a timer comes. The state of a user detected and inputted by a user state detection and input part K for detecting and inputting the state of the user is stored and managed by a user state management part I and a secretary part H changes the contents and amount of the information based on the data managed by the user state management part I. |
