PURPOSE: To prevent the wrong copy of correct data by detecting a second address input and selecting only one of data corresponding to second addresses in accordance with whether a first address is already inputted or not. CONSTITUTION: Data in a memory cell part 11 is inputted to a data selection part 15, and first addresses are stored in a first address detection part 12, and this part 12 monitors whether the address inputted to the memory cell part 11 coincides with one of first addresses or not; and in the case of coincidence, a first coincidence signal is outputted to the data selection part 15. Second addresses are stored in a second address detection part 13, and this part 13 monitors whether the address inputted to the memory cell part 11 coincides with one of second addresses or not; and in the case of coincidence, a second coincidence signal is outputted to the data selection part 15. When second addresses are stored, the second address detection part 13 inputs the second coincidence signal and a signal specifying the second address. The detection part 13 outputs the first or second address at the time of detection of coincidence. |
