PURPOSE: To form an aluminum deposition film directly on a molded surface, and omit the undercoat treatment of a reflection surface by molding a lamp housing by synthetic resin material which is made by fusing a specific amount of polypropylene resin and polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION: 85±5%(weight ratio) of polypropylene and 15±5% of polycarbonate are mixed and fused so as to form synthetic resin to be used for the board 2B of a lamp housing. The synthetic resin is molded to form a reflection plate. Aluminum is vacuum-deposited directly on the surface of the board 2B to form a reflection film 8. The surface of the reflection film 8 is topcoat-treated by a transparent protection film 10. Thereby, a lighting fixture for a vehicle of high quality and a low cost is obtained requiring no undercoat treatment. |
