<p>An analog spread spectrum wireless speaker system (20) for use in consumer audio applications for providing reliable and high fidelity stereo sound. The system (20) includes a transmitter (22) that accommodates any analog input from a variety of audio devices (26) such as compact disk players, cassette players, AM/FM tuners and transmits this information in the 2.4-2.4835 GHz band to a receiver (24) at a remote location. The receiver (24) is capable of reproducing the audio signal (26) with good frequency and signal-to-noise performance.</p> |
