Adjustable hydrostatic radial piston pump for hydraulic application

The pump (10) is disposed in a housing (11) which encloses a rotor (14) operating a drive shaft and pistons (16) running in radially arranged cylinders (15) and linked to slip-shoes (17) outside the cylinders. The slip-shoes are supported on the inner face of a floating ring (18) with eccentric adjustment relative to the rotor by adjusting pistons (19,20) acting on the outer periphery of the floating ring. The eccentricity of the floating ring is measured from the movement of the slip-shoes relative to their piston in or against the direction of rotation of the rotor in one rotation.
