A metered dose inhaler has part or all of its internal surfaces coated wi th fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) and contains an inhalation drug formulation comprising fluticasone propionate or a physiologically acceptabl e solvate thereof and a fluorocarbon propellant, optionally in combination wit h one or more other pharmacologically active agents or one or more excipients.
