Water or brine-air heat exchanger

The heat exchanger has numerous tube layers in vertically located rows, with each row combined to a water flow. Each second tube layer (1,3,5,...) is coupled to the inlet side of a first inlet header (20), and on the outlet side to a first outlet header (30). The outlet side header is coupled to a further inlet side header (40) via a return line (35), to which are coupled the tube layers (2,4,6,...) between the tube layers coupled to the first inlet side header.
