An information recording medium and information communication system by which management/judgment at a parental level on either the reproduction side or the reception side. Parental information of an image whose reproduction must be limited is checked at, e.g., a sequence level. Even when an unintended jump of reproduction area occurs, the parental content can be checked at the jump destination. Therefore, a reliable parental limit is possible.
