The device comprises a galvanised steel distribution plate (4) resting on a concrete contact (6) on the slab (3). This plate has a first set of holes for tubular casings (5) for fixing the barrier on the plate with screws. The plate has a second set of holes through which pass pre-stressed rods through the contact and the slab, for fixing the anchoring system on the slab. The distribution plate has a vent for the poured concrete. It also has two double ribs on its lower face for transmitting rupture forces to fusible screws. At each rod end is a sealing joint, a case hardened washer and a nut which provides the pre-stressing. These are covered by a protection cap filled with grease. |
