Vehicle steering wheel structure

The vehicle steering wheel comprises a wheel rim and a hub (3) by which it is fixed on the steering shaft. An arm (4) joins the rim to the hub. The hub comprises a stack of rings (9-12) of the same material as the arm. These rings are located around a socket (13) which is engaged on the end of the shaft. The socket has on its external surface angular immobilises (13a) which engage in the ring internal edges. On its internal surface the socket has flutings (13b) which engage in complementary flutings on the shaft to immobilise the wheel on the shaft.
