A vehicle immobilizer is a means of isolating a vehicle upon leaving it, to protect it against theft. The device isolates the engine through a fuel cut off valve 4 and also protect the engine compartment against unauthorized entry by means of a bonnet locking device. Both the valve 4 and the bonnet lock are actuated by remote control.
