A detachable toner cartridge (11) to be used for an electrophotographic printing apparatus, which does not require high precision in working, in which toner discharge ports (18, 19) are provided respectively in an outer tube (12) and inner tube (13) nested in tight contact with each other and adapted to positionally agree with each other by turning the toner discharging inner tube (13) to discharge toner (30), and the degree of contact between the both tubes is increased with pressure exerted on the inner tube in the circumferential direction thereof for preventing leakage of toner.
