PURPOSE:To simplify a calculation formula and to reduce the number of times of calculation by using coordinates of five points in a simplified mapping block to correct the inclination of a reception picture due to the attitude of a satellite by easy calculation. CONSTITUTION:A grid point extracting part 1 extracts coordinate data of the central grid point and grid points due south, due north, due east, and due west from this point from the simplified mapping block. An inclination calculating part 2 calculates an inclination Dlambda of the north-south axis and an inclination Dphi of the east-west axis in accordance with coordinate data extracted by the extracting part 1. A grid point correcting part 3 uses coordinate data Xc and Yc of the central grid point extracted by the extracting part 1 and inclinations Dlambda and Dphi calculated by the calculating part 2 to correct distributed coordinate data X and Y and outputs corrected coordinate data (x) and (y). A picture data transposing part 4 writes picture data corresponding to distributed coordinate data X and Y of the grid point in the address of data (x) and (y) of a storage device to transpose picture data. Thus, the inclination of the reception picture is corrected. |
