LCD DEVICE AND ITS FABRICATION METHOD

The liquid crystal display(LCD) device comprises a compensating layer(20) to make a cell gap uniform. The cell gap is formed between a part where a transparent electrode film(12) is overlapped by upper/lower glass plates(10,10') and a sealant(16) line. The device removes discoloration appearing at the boundary zone of display and corners.
