PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful as dietary supplement containing dehydrated green gram sprouts and oats provided with a positive effect in the health of mammals. SOLUTION: This composition comprises the (A) dehydrated green gram sprouts and the (B) oats by the weight ratio of (0.5-1.5)/1-1/(0.5-1.5) preferably. The loss of the muscle tissues of warm-blooded mammals during diet or body weight reduction can be delayed.
