PURPOSE: To securely prevent loads from shifting during the transport and safely send even breakable loads, by arranging a floating plate absorbing vertical vibrations at the bottom of the container body and also an airmat with a specified thickness at the whole inner peripheral face of the container body. CONSTITUTION: When charging a load into a container body 1, air is enclosed in advance into airmats 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b and the load is contained in the state the upper cover 4 is opened. In this case, the air pressure of the airmats can be adjusted in accordance with the shape of load to closely stick the load without voids. After containing the load, the upper cover is closed and the fixing hooks 5 are fitted to the pipes 2 of container body 1 and fixed thereto. The load is elastically held by the floating plate of the bottom 11 and the airmats of the upper cover 4 in the vertical direction to absorb and reduce the vertical vibrations and shocks. As a result, the load is hardly damaged during the transport and it can be safely transported while keeping the initial quality. |
