PURPOSE: To eliminate flux or the like stuck to the inner surface of a pipe's welding joint part and another flux or the like staying on a pipe bottom. CONSTITUTION: A driving truck 2 is stopped at a welding joint partin a pipe inner surface, and a polishing motor 13 of a polishing attachment 4 is driven, rotating a rotary disk 14. a tipping means 15 and a roller chain 19 of a buffing work means 16 are rotated as overhanging them by dint of centrifugal force by means of rotation in this rotary disk 14, and an inner surface flux or the like is separated as rapping intermittently an inner surface of the welding joint part with chipper 20, eliminating the flux or the like separated by a buff 23. After the flux or the like in the pipe innder surface is removed, a suction device 6 is driven as making the driving truck 2 move forward or backward, whereby the flux or the like stayed on a pipe bottom is eliminated by suction force. |
