<p>PURPOSE: To multiply a bent grass by inducing a callus from the explant of the bent grass, redifferentiating in specific conditions in a medium, effectively multiplying the bent grass and aiming at the mass production of the plant without a mutation for use in a golf course. CONSTITUTION: This method for the multiplication of a bent grass comprises inducing a E callus from an explant of the bent grass, multiplying the E callus in a liquid multiplying medium, removing NE callus generated during the multiplying process from the E callus, inducing an embryoid from the E callus in a liquid medium and obtaining a plant from the embryoid to perform the multiplication of the bent grass. Furthermore, it is preferable to contain a plant growth adjusting substance such as DICAMBA in the process for inducing the above E callus or in the liquid medium for multiplying the E callus.</p> |
