A driving motor(12) is mounted on a driving case(11) connected to a rotary arm(3), and wire drums(21 and 22) are positioned at the driven shaft(18) that is driven by a chain driving means including chain sprockets(13, 15, 17, and 19) and chains(16 and 20). Tension rollers(25 and 26) are under the wire drums(21 and 22), to press wires(23 and 24) whose one end is fixed at the driving case(11). The other end of the wires(23 and 24) pass through guide rollers(29, 39, 33, and 34) mounted under the driving case(11) and parking pallet(4), before being received in wire reception boxes(31 and 32) formed on the driving case(11).
