PURPOSE: To provide a structure for easily arranging a fan or water turbine so as to utilize wind or water power for generation. CONSTITUTION: A fan 3 and a generator 8 rotated by the fan 3 are hung from a wire laid over the valley. The wire 4 penetrates through an inner tube 51 of a rotary shaft 5 of the fan 3. The fan 3 is thus arranged on a position showing proper conditions such as blowing velocity by pulling a wire 6 for positioning and moving provided on the rotary shaft 5. |
