PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight concrete block light in weight, having durability and capable of producing simply and to provide its producing method. CONSTITUTION: This lightweight concrete block, having a specific gravity of about 1.4-2.0, is produced by kneading a synthetic resin foamed product, water, a hydraulic bonding material and a fine aggregate such as sand, and press- molding the kneaded mixture before hardening of the hydraulic bonding material.
