PURPOSE: To provide a tire for a heavy load to maintain a high drain property while restraining the uneven wear of a riser side part kick-out side part by attaining the proper rigidity of a side wall portion of a block land part. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of inclined grooves 4a, 4b extending at an angle of over 45 deg. relative to planes including respectively the axis of a tire from the central peripheral line 2 or the proximity thereof of a tire are disposed at an interval on the circumference of the tire. A tread part 1 has a plurality of block land parts 8 divided by a plurality of communicating grooves 6a, 5b or tread ends 3a, 3b communicating to these the inclined grooves. In the block land part 8, two side walls 12, 13 of the block land part 8 facing respectively a first inclined groove 4a entering previously a contact ground region and a second inclined groove 4b entering subsequently the contact ground region make anglesα1,α2 with a land part tread surface 11, and a side wall 14 located on the central peripheral side and a side wall 15 located in the tread end side make anglesβ1,β2 so thatα1>90 deg.>=α2 andβ1>90 deg.>=β2 are set. |
