摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce equipment cost or running cost in the reation extrusion of a low viscosity raw material using a screw type extruder. CONSTITUTION: The low viscosity raw material 13 and high viscosity raw material 12 enhanced in its polymerization degree supplied from a hopper 6 are fed by the flights 2a of a screw 2 and stagnated in a cylinder by the resin seal part generating means 2b provided to the downstream end of a supply part to form a resin seal part 14 to the inlet of a reaction region L. This resin seal part 14 is kept without being broken so far as an operation is not changed and, even when the reaction region L is reduced to a predetermined vacuum degree by evacuating the reaction region L by a vent port 11, the blowing- through to the vent port 11 caused by the leak of air from the gland part of an extruder is not generated and the raw materials are reacted under reduced pressure within the reaction region L to become a polymer increased in its mol.wt. and this polymer is extruded as a strand from a die 4.
