<p>PURPOSE: To provide a film molding apparatus capable of ensuring prescribed winding length even if the molding inferiority of a film generated in a molding process is removed. CONSTITUTION: A first abnormality effect range calculation part 13 calculates an abnormality effect range on the basis of the abnormality level at every molding condition stored in a quality data collection part 11 and the effect range set to an abnormality effect range master 12. A second abnormality effect range calculation part 14 calculates the whole abnormality effect range considering an overlap part on the basis of the abnormality effect range (time) calculated by the first abnormality effect range calculation part 13 when there is the overlap part within the abnormality effect range of a different molding condition. A winding increase control part 15 adapts the calculated results of the second abnormality effect range calculation part 14 preferentially on the basis of the calculated results of the first and second abnormality effect calculation parts 13, 14 to perform the winding increase control of a film by the calculated abnormality effect range.</p> |
