PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a molding having a hollow part by gas injection molding in which an excellent external appearance quality can be effectively obtained without disturbing the manufacturing efficiency and a mold for the gas injection molding. CONSTITUTION: After a melted resin 2 is charged into mold 1 which has a thin molding part 31, a linear molding part 32 for molding in a thicker linear state than the part 31, and a block molding part 33 for molding thicker and wider than those of the parts 31, 32 and has a cavity 30 in which the end of the part 32 is continued to the part 33, gas is poured in the resin 2. The hollow part of the part 32 side formed by the gas pouring is smaller than that of the part 33 side and early completed for forming, the resin 2 is discharged from the part 32, and hence a waste cavity is eliminated. |
