<p>Preparation of subst. oxazoles and thiazoles of general formula (I) and their salts:- (X = O or S; R1 and R2 = phenyl- optn. subst. by one or more hal-, alkyl-, alkoxy-, nitro-, amino-, subst. amino-, halogenalkyl-, mercapto-, alkylthio-, alkylsulphonyl-, naphthyl- or heteroaryl, which may be subst. R3 = C2-6 aliphatic acid deriv. e.g. salt, ester or amide R1 R2 and R3 are situated in positions 2-, 4- and 5- preferably thiazoles (II) and oxazoles (XI) where R1 and R2 = phenyl-, chlorophenyl-, bromophenyl-, methylphenyl-, methoxyphenyl-, trifluormethylphenyl-, 1-naphthyl-, 2- or 3-thienyl-, 2- or 3-furyl- R3 = acetic acid, n-propionic acid, isopropionic acid, n-butyric acid and their salts, ester or amide) Anti-inflammatories.</p> |
