<p>PURPOSE: To provide a drawn blow-formed bottle and composite container which are superior in gas barrier property, ultraviolet ray shielding property and heat resistance, and are inexpensive by a method wherein a threaded part on the outer periphery of the mouth part is constituted of polyethylene terephthalate, and the main body part is constituted of polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate. CONSTITUTION: A threaded part 15 made of a resin of which the major component is polyethylene-terephthalate is embedded on the outer periphery of the mouth part of a pre-form main body 16 made of a resin of which the major component is polyethylene-2, 6-naphthalate, and a pre-form is manufactured by an injection-forming. When the pre-form is draw-blow-formed, the threaded part 15 is not drawn and becomes a bottle threaded part 11 as is. In the meantime, the main body part 16 is drawn and oriented, and a bottle main body 12 is obtained. Also, this drawn blow-formed bottle is made an internal container, and by combining with an external member of which the major component is paper, a composite container is obtained. By this method, a container which is superior in gas barrier property, ultraviolet ray shielding property and heat resistance, and has a favorable performance can be obtained.</p> |
