PURPOSE: To provide a die cast founding wheel core bar where an overflowing part can filfill its duty to the full as a ring part section is provided with a rib pair at both inner and outer sides and integrally founded with die casting, and in time of casting, a final fusion zone part of molten metal comes to the outside of a ring part certainly. CONSTITUTION: This is a steering wheel core bar to be integrally founded by die casting. The section of a ring part 17 is equipped with a rib pair 27 at both inner and outer sides. A gate part 19 is provided in a boss/spoke coupling part 13 in front of a separate type trimming part, and likewise an over flowing part 21 is provided in an almost mid position in a gap with a spoke part at the peripheral side of the ring part. A sectional area of an outer rib 25 of the rib part pair is larger than that of an inner rib part 27, whereby a molten metal final fusion zone comes to the peripheral side of the ring part 17. |
