PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate doors from a car body when the car body is deformed by collision or overturning, by providing a hinge and a door check assembly with separating means for separating the hinge and the door check assembly from the car body. SOLUTION: A separating portion 110 for separating an upper hinge from a car body comprises the explosive 90 charged in a sleeve 38, a detonator 92 to be inserted in the explosive 90, and a plug 94 for closing the sleeve 38. When explosion force is given to the explosive 90 by the detonator 92, the explosive 90 is quickly exploded. On this occasion, the upper hinge rotatably assembled by the sleeve 38 is broken, and the door can be easily separated from the car body. The plug 94 prevents the upward expansion of the explosion force of the explosive 90. Accordingly the doors can be easily opened even though the doors can not be opened by the deformation of the car body. |
