PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITE FOOD OR COMPOSITE FEED

PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain a composite food or composite feed in a simple process by directly processing a food material or feed additive subjected to filtration together with soybean protein fibers as filtering medium. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous or aqueous medium suspension of a food material or feed additive is subjected to filtration through a filtering medium 1mm to 10cm thick comprising soybean protein fibers with an apparent specific gravity of 0.2-0.5g/mL produced using e.g. a single- or twin-screw extruder, and the food material or feed additive adhered to the surface of the filtering medium is then processed together with the filtering medium.
