DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM USING MOVING IMAGE

PURPOSE: To provide a diagnosis system which can display medical motion video data in animation at a high speed with the shortening of image transmission time when the motion video data is displayed in animation through a network while allowing diagnosis at a high accuracy with the displaying of a highly accurate image. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis system comprises a terminal 1 for diagnosis and an image server 3 connected by a network 2 such as LAN. This system also has a moving image display means 4 and a still image display means 5 and these display means are switched as desired so that a moving image and a still image can be displayed on a screen of a common display section 8. A control section 10 controls a compression control section 14 of the image server 3 through the network 2 and networks IF12 and 13 based on information inputted by an operating part 9 and a still image set of a desired patient is read out of a still image file 15 to generate and store a moving image compressed into an animation memory 6. The memory is controlled by an enlargement display control section 7 to display a moving image by a display section 8.
