摘要 PURPOSE: To automatically measure viscosity by providing a differential pressure measuring means measuring pressure difference at least at two positions in a pipe line, a measuring means of flow speed in a pipe line, a memory means related to differential pressure, flow speed, and viscosity of muddy water, and a computing means. CONSTITUTION: Pressure measuring devices 42a, 42b measure pressure of the respective installed positions and output to a differential pressure detecting part 44. Next, the detecting part 44 detects the differential pressure of respective measured pressure and outputs to a viscosity computing part 76. Next a flow speed measuring part 50 arranged in the vicinity of the measuring devices 42a, 42b measures flow speed of muddy water in a pipe line and outputs to a computing part 76. Further, correlated data of measured differential pressure, flow speed, and viscosity are previously stored in a memory 74. The computing part 76 computes differential-pressure/flow speed based on the differential pressure and flow speed of muddy water input at a real time, reads the funnel viscosity corresponding to this value from data of the memory 74, and outputs it as viscosity data of the muddy water. Hereby, viscosity of the muddy water can be correctly automatically measured without being influenced from flow speed.
